During in vitro and primary cell culture, tissue dissociation and digestion reagents are
needed to separate and disperse cells, enabling preparation of single-cell suspensions
or adherent cell passaging. Commonly used digestion reagents include trypsin-EDTA,
collagenase, and dispase. NEST offers a range of cell dissociation solutions with
varying strengths to meet different needs in primary cell isolation and adherent cell
culture.
